Take a break
Sometimes you need a break from everything.It seems hard to just handle life and go with the flow. It will feel overwhelming to you. You will feel like disappearing in your own shadow and giving your life a break from reality. Sometimes it also drains you out and is bad for your mental health. Take a break and just do the things that you enjoy doing. Maybe find a new hobby; who knows if that will work out? Get out of your comfort zone and explore new adventures that might interest you. Go outside to see what the world can offer you besides the load you have on your shoulder.
