Lost In The Frame

 Ties can be broken, barriers can be changed,

But mindset is hard to erase.

The past is a test of life, tangled in your mess.

Healing takes time, but the mind can wander into cracks and crevices.


The mind is the most powerful tool, but it can also be your doomed ending.

It's like a Polaroid picture taken in a moment,

Safe in a picture frame, trying to find myself in the picture that once was me.


Lord, guide me and light the way,

So that a prayer will be answered to forget what happened to me

And heal me from the unknown.my prayer rise and be heard

Help me forget what wounded me, broke me and took my inner child peace .

And heal the parts of me 

Still hidden in the unknown
